Today, Blinqx welcomes 19 AI-native engineers and product specialists who are making the transition as a team from Blis Digital (Blis). Richard Schot (co-founder and CEO of Blis) will be responsible for leading the central AI team at Blinqx, and Christian Boer (co-founder and CTO of Blis) will be technically responsible for Blinqx-wide AI developments. This is a logical next step following the partnership that both parties announced last summer to accelerate Blinqx’s AI ambitions.
This successful collaboration is thus taking on an even clearer form; the AI-native team, which has already been working closely with Blinqx’s R&D teams over the past year, is officially becoming part of the Blinqx organization and will therefore focus exclusively on AI developments for Blinqx.
This immediately expands Blinqx’s AI-native product and development capabilities, further accelerating the overarching eBlinqx WorQX platform —the AI-native workspace that Blinqx expects to launch in early 2027—as well as new industry-specific AI solutions expected to launch later this year for the legal and accounting markets, among others.

They have repeatedly demonstrated this ability through their many years of experience in AI innovations for Big Tech companies.
Now we’re adding to that an incredibly strong team of AI-native engineers and product specialists who can bring these innovations to life like no one else. Over the past year, we’ve already seen firsthand the level of quality they deliver through our collaboration; it’s on par with the best talent at companies like Anthropic, OpenAI, and other Big Tech firms, making it unique in the Netherlands.
