Side by side, switched between by the professional themselves, in the user\u2019s mind.    <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The answer is no. Not because that environment is bad, but because the underlying assumptions are no longer valid. That interface is based on the idea that software supports tasks that people perform themselves. The platform provides support.      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In three years, you\u2019ll log in, and the system will have already done some of the work. Documents will have been processed. Relevant changes will have been flagged. A draft recommendation will be ready. You\u2019ll review it, make adjustments, and finalize it. Proactivity over reactivity<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The current interface waits. You open the system, you search, you take action. The new interface takes action before you even get there. Files are updated. Priorities are flagged. Deadlines aren\u2019t missed because the platform keeps track of them.       <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a mortgage advisor: the system identifies which clients are due for an interest rate review soon, has already gathered the relevant documents, and prepares a draft agenda for the meeting.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For legal professionals: The platform reviews new laws and regulations to assess their impact on existing contracts and alerts users when action is needed.  <br\/> <br\/>This isn&#8217;t a UX decision, but a product decision: you no longer build screens that wait for input, but systems that continuously process context and act on it.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Trust Through Transparency<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A professional never completely relinquishes responsibility. Nor is that necessary. But in order to place trust in an officer, it must be clear what that officer is doing, why, and based on what information.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interface of the future will show not only the result, but also the reasoning behind it\u2014not as a technical justification, but as a professional rationale expressed in the language of the industry. This will allow professionals to assess whether the agent has done the job correctly.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transparency is therefore not a feature, but a prerequisite for incorporating AI into your product at all.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.
