And that is precisely the problem.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not because leaders are indecisive, but because AI blurs the distinction between what is strategic and what is noise. Anything seems possible. Every process seems to automate. Every idea gets a prototype quickly. Not choosing based on enthusiasm, internal politics or who shouts the loudest, but based on explicit criteria.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The real difference is not in daring to reject ideas, but in determining in advance what a good idea is at all. At Blinqx, we apply a simple yardstick. Where does the professional lose time every day? Where do errors occur? Where does quality get hit? Until that is in focus, AI will remain a clever addition without real value.      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What I see that works:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"beperk-ai-initiatieven-tot-maximaal-twee-kernprocessen-tegelijk&#xA0;\">Limit AI initiatives to no more than two core processes at a time  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"koppel-elk-initiatief-aan-&#xE9;&#xE9;n-concreet-klantprobleem&#xA0;\">Link each initiative to one concrete customer problem  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"spreek-expliciet&#xA0;met-elkaar&#xA0;uit-wat-je-n&#xED;et-gaat-doen&#xA0;\">Talk explicitly with each other about what you will not do  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"meet-succes-in&#xA0;-veranderd-gedrag-bij-klanten--niet-in&#xA0;aantal&#xA0;features-of-pilots&#xA0;\">Measure success in <em>changed customer behavior<\/em>, not in number of features or pilots  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choosing does not mean the same thing as &#8220;being right.
